David Letiecq, MA, LPC, LCPC

David is a licensed counselor who works with teens, adults, and couples. He earned his MA in Counseling and his BBA in International Business from The George Washington University.

With over 25 years of experience, David supports clients navigating anxiety, stress, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. His style is collaborative and down to earth. He meets you where you are and helps you make sense of what you’re going through, while building practical tools you can actually use in everyday life.

David brings a global perspective to his work, having spent years in international schools across India, Malaysia, China, and Panama. He has worked with culturally diverse individuals, couples, and families, including those from South Asian backgrounds. He understands how culture, family expectations, and identity can all intersect in complex and meaningful ways.

His approach is strengths-based and blends cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and mindfulness techniques. Above all, David focuses on creating a space that feels warm, supportive, and free of judgment, where you can show up as yourself.

David offers virtual therapy for clients in Washington, DC, Virginia, and Maryland.

Fun Fact: When he is not working, David loves traveling and exploring new cultures. And if there is an ocean nearby, there is a good chance he is scuba diving and looking for his next underwater adventure.
